How to deal with Blackhat competitor?

Hello
I have one client that have a relevant tool for the segment but hes losing a lot of serps for some ugly blackhat websites, with a lot of Keywords lol.

Any idea how to get my rank back? I dont have much space for more content, as a tool.

Does report work? Does negative SEO in blackhat user work? Whats the best strategy to deal with blackhats when you are using whitehat but with content limitations.

1) Negative SEO is typically ineffective and a banned subject at BHW.

2) You probably just need a better linkbuilding strategy and an analysis of your on-site metas since your site is text-light.

3) I'd recommend building some review/informative satellite sites, and pipe buyers in from there.

If you can't out rank them yourself, then hire a better seo to do it.

When I see a competitor doing blackhat, I build few solid links and just wait for the next update
