How to create this kind of listing in google ?

I always wondered how to create Sitemaps that make this kind of listing in google. Can anyone share the method ?
( the one that's boxed )

Normally the G will pick it up if you have a decent site...but you can press the issue and let G know the pages you want to show for your "sitelinks" in webmaster tools.

This, my bigger sites had it done automatically but then set them for a smaller site that listed the ones other than what I wanted to display.

I think it's just the pages that have a lot of internal links pointing towards them. Usually they would be categories. Google picks them up automatically, you can't choose them in webmaster tools, only demote ones that have already appeared.

Create a sitemap of your site and then let Google know about your sitemap in Webmaster tools. I think that this is all you can do it at your end.
