I am recently doing something as adult cpa with twitter and lots of other people posting like this ? how to post link with and image and some bold header? if anyone knows please let me know.

The page where it links to should have Twitter cards on the header. The twitter card contains the image and format (large,etc) of the card.

so i need to create twitter card first?

If it's wordpress then just install some plugin like yoast. I think yoast generates the twitter card. Else you'll just have to add a few tags by hand.
