I remember a while back ago when I first created my PayPal account I didnt need to verify ID but all of a sudden now all accounts require ID verification. Is there a way to bypass that and just go straight to adding credit card or bank account? Is there a specific proxy to use or what's the method here?

That's going to be tough. From what I know, in certain places like Canada (around last year) you could still make an account without verifying an ID. Not sure how well that information holds up right now though. Beyond that, I'm not sure if a proxy could help you bypass the ID verification step. Best of luck to you!

You Need to Verify your ID, if not PayPal will not allow you to send or receive money and they may limit your access to certain PayPal services until they receive and confirm your documents. This may include limiting your ability to send, withdraw or receive funds.
