How to create paypal account... -__-

Well, I like to give cheap methods for you.

1. Use overplay as the VPN for $10/month. You can get many IP's from many countries. Find a nearest country to your place which have paypal full access.

2. Use Entropay VCC to verify paypal accounts.

3. Use a USA bank account to withdraw funds from paypal account. Payoneer USA virtual account is the best one. There are many USA bank account providers. But I recommend Payoneer USA account.

To USA bank account. I do it with Payoneer USA virtual account.
 
But why the hell would I withdraw to USA bank account from paypal and then withdraw it to my credit card? 3 times withdraw, lol?

All funds received to the Virtual Account are directly available on the prepaid card balance, there is no need to "withdraw again." It's an automated process
 
why not use plimus as it will be able to take payment from paypal. There are various way to cash out from plimus
 
I figure it out.. Gone use verified paypal from Slovenia, with Entropay :)
 
The Entropay solution sounds like a viable alternative for countries who cannot get a Paypal account. I would say the only other option is to get a legitimate bank account that resides in a country that accepts Paypal. It might be possible to apply for a bank account online, but I'm not sure. I've only applied for bank accounts in person.
