How to create paypal account... -__-

I have problem.. I don't know how to create paypal, and to not get banned.. :S Because my country ( Serbia ) is not listed country in creating page on paypal site.. What to I do? To I create on some other country? On what name, mine or fake?

I want to use paypal only for purchase on internet..

Sorry if this kind of thread already exist (I didn't find it) or if I was wrong with thread section.. :S

Good question, I don't know if your paypay account is not verified if you can use the money on it.
 
I think I can't.. That's is in the first place why I asked.. ;D

Check the BST section. Few sellers are selling Verified Paypal accounts. They can give you better tips if you contact their support.
 
I am from Croatia , and I have an answer. Buy verified account. That is what I did.
I have a big forum and I get VIP/Donations everyday so I didn't wanted it to get ruined and I got verified PayPal.

i was a bout to ask the same question.
A client of mine just cancel the project for an e-commerce fanpage.
his e-commerce fanpage require paypal transaction.


but he cancel it because he noticed that his country cant accept payment.
receiving there is no issue but accepting is the problem.

any idea how can i counter him back and give him alternative suggestion?
creating using proxy or buy other paypal account?
 
I don't know mate, and no one answers.. In section for buying there are paypal varif. accs but why to I buy them if I don't know answers to these questions.. ;S
 
I get an idea.. I can create Credit Card with my cousin ( he will create for him, but he will give to me) that is from some country that allow paypal, and then bind it to paypal.. Is it possible to I withdraw money with that credit card in my country?
 
bro dnt verify the accnt if u make Fake PP with UR IP address
u will b limited immediately
Buy a Good dedicated VPN
then make PP accnt
Then verify it and always open PP with that VPN only.

Even if u buy verified PP accnt

U need a Dedicated IP address of same country and City to access it .

Yea use a VPN or Proxy in the USA, buy a bank and a credit card and start making some money!

There is nothing as this. Paypal can only block your accont but still it is not recommended. Any expert reviews on the above statement.

Look, I was wondering that I can get pp for purchase and for withdraw.. On kind of legal way.. So my idea was not good? I use proxies for youtube account's.. Can I use them for this kind of thing too? And how to I buy credit card from US? lol xD How can I withdraw in Serbia with that credit card?

you can also contact someone who are from paypal white list country and give him little commision..... :P i can also do that for you... :P
