Hey there. Generically you can build your tier 1 manually then just fire-up a campaign that uses that tier 1 as the “money site”.
I know that’s a hyper generic summary but if you are using any of the diagrams the “money site” can be just whatever site you want to build the links to
So it would look something like this
Your real money site
The tier 1 that you manually built
A rankerx campaign to the manually built tier 1. These would be your tier 2, 3 etc
Again. This is hyper basic but a good place to start. I generally run a similar setup to expired web 2.0s that are manually built.
I’m sure there are more experienced folk that could lend more tips. Just be sure to really take your time setting up the campaigns.
