How to create multiple Instagram accounts using proxy?

I bought my own proxies, I would like to use Jarvee software but I wonder how to create multiple Instagram accounts and warm them up? What software do you use to create accounts or how to create them manually? I would like to avoid bans.

Best way to create accounts is to use mobile device with rotating IP. if you do not have access to rotating IP you can purchase one and load it to via VPN on a android device, and create accounts that way.
