you can use fake mail from
[ tempmail - mohmoal - barid ]
or any website
( gmail or yahoo,outlook )
is better
but you can use two ways

and after make account make sure you warm it

[ some frindes not match send - likes vrefied pages - join groups - Complete personal info -add posts ]

every 3 accounts you make ,restart internet to change Dns and router IP
(perfered use mobile data and every 3 acc make plane mode)
then clean app data

What do you mean by warm up the account? what should we do to warm it up?
 
Dual space wont help. I had a phone which was banned by IG, so I installed IG on dualspace and logged into one of my IG account, It was banned in 3 days.

IG have the same technology as FB so FB can ban too while on dualspace. You need rooted phone with a proven spoofing method. For computer, Multilogin does the job but I would not recommend using temp emails and one IP for 3 accounts. Temp emails are used a lot and are already flagged.

Use Multilogin with HQ IP like residential or 4G.
Use emails like Gmail, hotmail, yahoo.
don't run ads on the account for at least a month.

Actually, kameleo.io is very popular. However, problem with most of these browser tools are that they have a monthly plan that you will need to pay.
