How to create Etsy account after suspension?

First of all, I am extremely sorry if I am posting to the wrong category.

I created an Etsy account 2 months ago. Everything was going great. I was selling canva templets in my store. Also got 22 orders in just 1 weak. But next month I used my friend's card to pay the Etsy bills. After 1 day my Etsy account got suspended. I think his card also added to his Etsy account. So, now, when I am trying to create a new account every time my account getting an instant ban even after using new cards, new details.

1. Should I use RDP or VPN or Residential proxy?

I tried RDP from Hyonix & I can't even register on Etsy with RDP.

Is there anyone who has experience in Etsy?

Try using another device and internet maybe? I did register an Etsy account while ago and it is got ban while registering. I kinda hate their system haha.
 
I managed to create another account using mobile data hotspot to PC. This changed my IP. I used different bank card but it was with my name. And I also created another user in windows and only login to etsy via this user. I sell digital items so dont know if different windows step is really necessary. Have this account for 3-4 months now. Etsy did not required my passport or id to verify so far. (I am not UK or USA)

It would be easy to create account using another person identity/bank. Your relative would be an example..

You can do this yourself, make sure to use a residential proxy and new user agent/browser/etc

Can you please tell me the country of IP used to create your shop?

I knew that Etsy no longer allows sellers to use PayPal as a payment gateway. instead, Sellers must apply for Etsy payment and then Etsy send the money to their bank accounts and this option is eligible for some countries not all, so, is your country one of the eligible countries for Etsy payment or have you created/bought stealth bank account and linked it to Etsy?

I think you can use Paypal if you're from India.
 
Thanks for sharing your experience. My account was suspended. I am still figuring what went wrong.

Hi there, i've been searching for a while for the best tool to return to Etsy by using either: a Residential proxy or an RDP - until I see your comment :) as you have now some experience, can you please clarify two things for me: 1. Isn't the residential proxy uses a ROTATING random IP's that doesen't keep the same IP address for up to 30 minutes and instead we need a STATIC residential proxy (what Res. proxy are you using )? 2. I'm preparing to change everything to get back to Etsy including: New IP, new computer, new browser, new phone, new email, new bank but the same NAME and Date of Birth, are the last two will ruin everything? your reply is highly appreciated :)

For sellers PayPal is available only for a handful of countries. At this time It's not accepted to open a new store using Paypal only for the majority OF countries including EU, USA, CANADA ...
