How to create Datacenter Proxies

Hello,
i am a pretty new user to BHW but have been reading a lot before i joined about this topic.
My current knowledge is that you can find VPN providers and ask them for addition IPs to turn these into proxies or rent subnets and turn these into proxies. My problem with the first thing though is i dont need 10 or 20 proxies i need like 200-1000. Thats where option 2 comes in play but the problem with option 2 is that i would have to risk a lot of money to test an IPV4 24/subnet to know if the ips are banned or not on certain sites. I need the proxies for data scraping.

So here comes my question:
1. Is there any way to test IP ranges particularly on certain sites without spending a ton of money on the whole subnet
2. Is there any other way to create and run Proxies that i am not aware of?

I feel like i am not seeing something everybody else is using. Would mean a lot if you could help me out.

If you want to create your own proxies, yes you will risk, especially if the hosting/datacenter renting you the IPs has a tricky money-back guarantee.

1. What site exactly? Because there are providers selling already dedicated proxies for X site (here X can be Instagram, Craigslist, Amazon, eBay, etc). When you buy a dedicated package, the provider (in one way or another) guarantees the proxies will work.

You can try backconnect proxies or residential proxies - these are rotating proxies that rotate periodically. With them, your project will rotate through thousands or millions of IPs (depending on your provider's IP pool)

Use rotating proxies for data scraping...The datacenter proxies are easy to detect and block, that's why now lots of residential IP proxy providers.

why? it's so cheap, just lease it from a provider if you want to resell it

Unless you intend to resell those proxies to other users there's no point of renting servers to create your own datacenter proxies. There are enough options in the market for both shared or dedicated datacenter proxy IPs with large pools that will be much cheaper than setting everything up yourself and also maintaining them.
