I'd recommend buying them to save time + money
Then to manage them, you will need these:
+ Antidetect browser to prevent mass ban: hidemyacc, multilogin, incogniton..
+ Quality proxies: should be v4, residental, static: Asock, 922...
+ Accounts: when buy remember to ask for cookies, best if go with proxy

My theory is confirmed by the fact that there are much fewer locks from the iPhone

Right now we have a solution on how to lessen the blocks of new accounts. From our test, from 1000 accounts made, we got a total of 47 blocks from 3 weeks of using it. What I can say is you need a very good set of proxies (4g is always best) and should use browsers like golog-in. Creation is a bit time consuming but with help of many workers, its possible to make 5k a week.
