There's sellers on here, but if you'd much rather do that yourself, you can either do it manually or using a bot along with mobile proxies (recommended) + your anti-detect browser of choice. If you'll be making hundreds, automating that process may be a benefit to you.

I have tried using residential proxies/mobile proxies + undetected chromedriver and the ban rate is almost 100% with them as well

Yes, in the next couple of days, regardless if I have created the profile, like adding content and photo or just creating it and leaving it as it is.
Seems like this is their new way of verifying that the accounts are actually real.
Maybe its because of quality of your proxies?

Yes, me too. But I doing it slowly.. only 5 profiles for now. Not 100 or more xD
