stick with the same phone and don't ever get your sim card disabled or terminated. Every now and then it might ask for phone verification so you really have to consider that if you are planning on creating lots of accounts using the same phone.

What's happening is that they are getting restricted after a while like they ask "Login in to your phone app, to verify yourself"

Its working fine when you have few accounts to create. I am looking for a solution on creating bulk accounts.

If you are planning for hassle free long term solution then the best would be mobile device route.
Worth every penny you will invest. IIRC there are a lot data in this forum somewhere regarding this and was populated in the last year.
It's not easy these days to try opening multiple Instagram accounts without phone number, the problem is that you'll need vpn or proxies which can be detected by IG and they'll put a checkpoint every time you're accessing the account.
Just buy a virtual phone number that's always available for verification if needed.

Phone app verification is now an essential part of the IG setup, you can't dodge that. Try getting some real mobile devices (cheap ones will do as long as it can run IG), real sim cards for phone verification and of course, 4G mobile proxies. You should be able to create many accounts if you use rotating IPs.

Depends on your Usage and need for the Number of Accounts,If you need too much then either get a Custom Bot/Working Software for yourself or buy it from a Trusted Seller.

All accounts needs to be created using 4g mobile proxies. If you want to create bulk accounts, there are tutorials here that should help you get started. Just do a search and youll find some useful threads or you can test the bhw marketplace for a seller.
