I used 911 it use to work for my VCC (3-4/10)

If you buy the card, no need to register. The temp card is what I used to open the Bing Ads account.

I had used every type of card, debit, credit, net banking ,PayPal and virtual. they are still blocking the account. it's not easy to bypass bing. even yesterday i created the account and it got blocked after 10 min.

I have an update for everyone, I just tried the serve card and it no longer works with BingAds. If I find another card or method that works I will post it.

Have you tried extracard.net? I heard they have cards that work with Bing Ads.

You mentioned you don't need to register to get the temp card, I don't find any option for that. I only see the account registration option.

When you buy the card it's in their TOS. But Serve card no longer works for Bing Ads nor Google Ads.
