How to create a youtube account without phone verification

I downloaded CCleaner to use for my mass Youtube activities. Can I get some advice with the settings?

My objective is to have Youtube not know I'm massing logging accounts and making comments from them. Of course I swap IP addresses each time.

So do I just use all the default settings or should I click some of the custom options like DNS cache and IIS Log Files?

If there is an actual method I would greatly appreciate someone sharing it via PM (Arsis?)

SWIM spends too much time making accounts, and a working bypass or SMS/Voice message service would save SWIM several hours per day. It would be no less than a godsend.

Nothing seems to work anymore.
 
You can create 51 YT channels per account, don't know why you need to care about phone verification...
 
Doesn't seem to work. After the first few accounts you can get through easily but after the 4th account seems to ask for a phonenumber.

Just clear all cache and signup for a new gmail account. No need for phone verification.
 
Even better, create more G+ Pages, and assign a different channel for each page.

Gives you different youtube accounts, under the same email.
