Hello, i want to create a landing page, but i have no idea how to make it. Is there any documentation or sample pages?
Products I want to promote is shampoo

Here is a good start: https://backlinko.com/landing-page-guide

As landing page is a little bit my obsession, I would like to add that what will move the needle the most is the simple comprehension of what a landing page is.

It must be relevant to your ads, you should use copy which is as identical as possible to your ad copy.

It must be short, with as few infos as possible to fill out the form to your target audience.

And AB/testing is the most important as it shows you that you are most of the time wrong about your assumptions with a landing page design.

If you can put all these on it in a simple way, you will do much better than half the landing pages around the web.

And to add something else...

I have a way to improve landing pages that I use and which converts very very well.

You could use a CTA on your page which makes appear a popup with the contact infos once they click on it.

This page is a good example of what I mean, instead of letting the last part of the landing page, you tweak it and make it appear once they press the button as a popup.

Very effective, check the difference between the first option and the second one.

It works because we realise that the shorter the landing, the better it converts.

Ultimately, testing is needed like I said before :)

Edit: my man, @RoiBox liking all my posts again

Thank you for guidance

You are welcome, I see too many people thinking landing pages have some kind of secrets, when they really don't...

BUT I see a lot of mistakes from people trying to fill as much infos as possible on a landing page, which is wrong, it should be short and push to action.

It's actually funny because I attribute the success of one of my side business in the fact that I don't even have a website and collect prospects/future customers exclusively with a landing page and do the nurturing and selling later via other landing pages OR sales pages only.

So yes landing pages are the most powerful pages you can create ever according to me and... they are simple :)

very helpful, thank you

A good copy is more important than design.

How are you getting traffic to those landing pages?

How are you getting traffic to those landing pages?

In the company I work for we use google ads and youtube ads mostly.

For google ads, we create landing pages to acquire new customers, I try to optimise them once every 2 weeks as we have enough traffic.

For youtube ads, as it's video based, we use video landing pages as it redirects people who are already watching videos on youtube on a video landing page with a simple video and CTA under it (which makes popup a contact form like I showed in my previous post)

For my main side business I use mostly local websites for my sextoys/digital products (french audience), I also try to use trafficjunky with the same funnels (cold, warm, hot audience) than youtube but I am by no way an expert with trafficjunky.

To answer your question, it's simple, you should know where your target audience is? fb, ig, linkedin? all traffic is good if it's targeted, it depends more on your personas than anything else.

A landing page without the right audience landing on it is worthless.

Google ads is the simplest I would say because mostly everyone is searching in google.

Now as your business grow and you have a large email list, you can send landing pages to a segment of your list and make them optin for something else which would make them go in another journey leading to a flash sales or phone call depending on the business you own. (which is where most of the income comes in)

A landing page is simply a lead acquisition process in the first place, not a sales process, you have other, better ways to do the selling later on.

As you don't have experience, I wouldn't go through the do-it-myself route.
There are spy tools for this to see what your competitors are doing (maybe not your case as a newbie).
Don't invent the wheel. All aff offers come with tested landing pages. Use those.

Short, I agree..tell that to all those clickbank landing pages, it could take days to finish some of them

You are probably mixing things in your head and speaking about sales pages very detailed, which have as an objective to sell instead of the landing page with the goal to collect infos like we speak here.

Be careful about the web ecosystem, every page has a different goal.

I see, so you are referring just about leads

landing pages like I mentioned yesterday are pages for lead generations yes, you want people to enter their personal infos, like email or phone number.

What you are referring to is very long sales page with the objective to sell a product, they are generally very detailed because the goal is to make people feel they receive more than what their money is worth.

I personally hate those long pages but it's because I am a marketer so I understand all this fluff and "over promised, overly long" pages.

But they convert, nobody generally reads them fully, customers generally think "okay, you convinced me, take my money" :D
