How to create a gmail account to reduce the blocking rate?

I use anti-detection browsers and proxies to create gmail accounts, but starting last month, the gmail accounts I created suddenly asked me to use a phone number they specified that I had never seen before to receive a verification code. At first, I thought I had added the recovery phone number by mistake, but later I found that many gmail accounts showed the same number. I tried to set up two-factor authentication, Google prompts, and recovery email, but none of them worked.

You need to have cookies and history in the browser so it will look realistic, proxies and anti browser are not enough

Also for long term it might be best for you to find a solution for phone numbers, there are many cheaper services you can find online who offers one time SMS, after this you might be able to turn on 2fa and you will be good to go
 
Match IP + device fingerprint closely to a real user, avoid repetitive patterns, and let the account “sit” with light usage before doing anything heavy.
 
The fact that you're seeing a strange phone number linked to multiple Gmail accounts sounds more like a security breach than a typical Google verification issue. It almost feels like your accounts were compromised. For future accounts, try using stronger, less predictable passwords to avoid this.
If you suspect your current setup is causing the problem, you could switch to a different antidetect browser to test, maybe GoLogin, Hidemyacc or whichever one is trending right now.
Also, check the quality of your proxies with your provider, and make sure you’re using residential IPv4 proxies. If needed, switch to a more reliable provider.

I have enabled 2fa, but the problem is that after I register an account, I will purchase a one-time SMS to enable 2fa. However, when I log in the next day, most accounts will ask me to use a designated phone number that I don’t recognize to receive a verification code. But the problem is, this phone number is not even the phone number I used to enable 2fa. How can I avoid this problem?

And I have used the cookie robot to add thousands of websites and let it run different websites randomly for a certain period of time for 4 days, and then register an account. After registering the account, I continued to run the cookie for 2 days, but the results were no different.

not sure tbh, buying static number should cost you a lot so it's not a good solution
 
Check the login activity for the accounts. Your credentials or
cookies may have been compromised or leaked and someone else is changing the details for account takeover.

Many anti-detection browsers offer automated templates. You only need to select them, copy and paste the website URL you want, and then select Start, and it will automatically proceed. Purchasing a static number is indeed not a good plan. I tried it, but it was too expensive, and I didn't buy a working one.

I didn't collect cookies before because the accounts I registered were rarely banned. However, since the large-scale risk control, I started collecting cookies. Before creating an account, I would use an automated robot to randomly collect cookies from hundreds of websites, but this had no obvious effect.

Which anti-detection browser do you use? There are many untrusted browsers that can leak your device information and have been flagged. Switch to a more reputable anti-detection browser to ensure your account remains secure.

I used adspower and 922s5 affiliate links. It was a very good method before. As for now, it’s hard to say.

Use an anti-detect browser and a mobile proxy, it'll cost you some money but you'll be able to create tons

I'm already using it, but it doesn't work, my account is still getting blocked in large numbers.
 
Just using proxies and an anti-detect browser isn’t enough - you also need cookies and browsing history so the account looks more realistic.
 
Make sure your browser has cookies and history so it looks natural-proxies and antidetect alone won’t cut it.
 
Google is likely flagging your setup as suspicious and assigning a default recovery number to prevent abuse. There’s no reliable way around it—using proxies and anti-detect browsers triggers these protections.
 
Use cheap used 2nd hand old model phones if you want to create as many as possible, use Gmail App in creating new gmails, you can create 5 gmails per device after 1-2 days of rest. Gmails created from Gmail app from mobile phones is the best gmails of all. It will never die, banned or ask for phone verification.
