How to creat my own Socks5 Proxy server

Hey, i want to creat my own Socks5 Proxy server, i want the same subnet but multiple ips. Is this possible? if someone have a guide hit me up.

I have an old PC that i can use as a server.

I think you save more in electricity and internet if you buy a cheap server with alot of IP's also might be much easier to get the IP's for the proxies if you buy from the server company for your server

the thing is i need IPs that looks like home ips nearly all data-center ips are flagged, thats why i need to creat my own Socks5 proxy server if this is even possible.
Would pay for such a service if someone can creat a server via anydesk for me
