How to crawl our new posts to google

Since the manual crawling is not enable at the moment. How can we index fresh content. I have seen some people's links are crawled. What are the methods we can use ?

maybe it’s often recommended here, I have seen two new bst here so wort checking, my clients are using one hour indexin, but some one said it dint wor for them but for us it works so keep on trying till you find which one works
