Add copyright notice for your YouTube channel in bottom corner of screen.

You automatically own the copyright, same as you automatically own the copyright to everything you write on your word processor. True story.

The real answer is pray and get ready to send DMCA cease and desists. You own the copyright when you create it, if it's your original work. You may also want to fill out the simple copyright form for the content from the Trademark and Copyright office of the US, or other countries. The key is to find the culprit's hoster and send the C&D to them and the domain registrar.
