How to copy a database?

I`m looking for a tool/method to copy a database.

Not allowed to post any links on the forum yet, but it should be the first result if you google "solar panel database" (Posharp)

This information can be found legally other places as well, but I`m not sure how to extract it out and put it into my own database.

I want to make a searchable, sortable table, to help people determine what solar panels are the cheapest, most efficient etc.

depending on what database you are refering to, you will not be able to get it without specific logins
