All of my proxies disappeared , I shooted him a mail from his control panel , and also sent a message here but no answer ... any idea?

Did you try to email him, pm him on the forum, or adding him on AIM?
Mrtornado has the best customer support so far from those that i dealt with for proxies, so i dont know why you cant get in contact with him. Hes usually answers in 1-2 hours max.

justone I waited now for 2 days. AIM? I dont know his AIM , still I sent him a mail trough his support panel and PM him here , no answer at this very moment. I was wondering maybe he has some problem . I m not discussing his professionality , the service was just good until now , but when I will be billed again no one will refund me those 2 days without service , that is why I would like to understand if some one else is having problems with his service or not. That is it ..

Alright 
I often see people complain after less then an hour waiting time.
I had a guy who hammered my customer mailbox 12 times in less than ONE hour and his emails became more and more aggressive.
I guess you will either have to wait (maybe you will get a refund for the time) or search for another way to contact him.

I don't know what scrapebox is but the poster, justone, sells good proxies also.
Stop wasting your money with YourPrivateProxy.Com. I am really disappointed with their service. I ordered the 10 proxies for SB, it took about a day to have my account active and be able to download my proxies from their so-called VIP section but their proxies aren't working with SB. I emailed the provider many times but I didn't get any respond.
After 3 days, I sent my last email and I told the guy that I am going to cancel my subscription and open a dispute on my order. Right after that he responded and explain how to save my IP in VIP section but I knew all those stuffs and they didn't work. I sent another email 3 days ago but still I haven't received any email back from that guy.

Thank you for your recommendation.
Sadly my private proxies (seo-proxies.com) can not be used for Scrapebox. Scrapebox causes major IP quality issues and abuse complaints.
My 2nd service proxycollective.com should be better suited for scrapebox, not all of them will work but a good part should be fine for the purpose.

Has anyone else had luck with them since this post? I was referred to them by a colleague but I placed an order yesterday, nothing has been fulfilled (they quote I would receive the proxies in 30 minutes).
To make matters worse, their login page is redirecting to a malware installer!!
