How to contact FB PAGE OWNERS account

There is a fan page we need to contact, however, the " messaging "of the page is unable, and there is no contact person available. Is there anyway we could reach the page owners?

The page owner might have restricted who can contact them. This can happen if the page owner decides to disable the contact/messaging feature of the page which would prevent anyone from contacting them. If you can find out who owns the page, you might message them, though your message would go to the 'other' box where it might get lost.
 
I don't really think you can contact them , as OP said above he has disabled the message button of the page , try posting in their wall if that is possible , the owner might see it and reach you back
 
Try commenting on its post, asking for them to contact you.
 
Depending on why you need to contact them, you could always report the page and have Facebook deal with it for you. Of course that only works if you need to contact them re: images, videos or content that they've taken/copyright they've infringed. If that isn't applicable then I'd go with the posting on the wall method.
 
If it's disabled to private message, then commenting or posting on wall is only hope.
trick: turn on notifications for that page so you get a FB notification on your phone when the page posts, therefor owner is active and your reply could be seen if you post quick enough .
 
I Prefer fb admins and sharing groups to contact page owners.

I totally agree with FingerFlyer. Normally there is no way to contact with the owner of that page. You can post on the page that you want to contact with the admin. There is a possibility that he could contact with you.
 
In this situation you can choose 2 ways:
- write post on page's timeline
- write post on your (page or private account) timeline and tag page
