How to completely delete WhatsApp backups?

I know that Whatsapp keeps the conversation backups in the folder on the phone even if we don't want it to be backed up, but I want to completely clear it once a month. I use IShredder but I can't find that folder in Whatsapp in the folder selection.

Does anyone know a safe and certain way to do this?

To completely delete WhatsApp backups, go to your phone’s file manager and navigate to:
Internal Storage > WhatsApp > Databases. Delete all the files in that folder. If you're using cloud backups (Google Drive or iCloud), turn those off in WhatsApp settings to stop future backups.

Just find the Internal Storage/WhatsApp/Databases folder and delete the backup files there.
