How to chose right group for sharing posts

I want get traffic to my website. So I created fanpage. I know that I must to share my posts from fanpage to groups. But I dont know how to find right groups for that in my niche. I posted to 50 fb groups and get to my website 14 visitors So I guest something wrong with these groups. They have 1-3 likes on posts or sometime nothing. Or few posts can have 20-30 likes. I dont know how exactly must look good group. Can you tell me criteria for good groups and how to find it. Because they all look like spammy. I dont see any difference between groups. Some good groups with alot likes and comments allowed only posting photo.

First you need to join your keywords related group but my request first time please do n't post your link . First you comments their post and try to interact with members. After some days when you will be popular of these group then give suggestion and some times share your links. These ways you may get good result

Good groups = related groups that haven't been spammed to death. If you find a 100k 200k members groups they won't be useful because they're already spammed by 50k marketers in that group.

Plug your keyword in FB search and add your niche location: i.e. New York dogs owners. Then scale it up. Below 50,000 members and more than 500 members is always my criteria.

500 members it is too small. I think nobody will click on my website. Any tips about posting to groups? What time or how to bump posts, when to bump posts?

500 members group which about 300 will read your post. Or 100,000 members group which your post don't even have a chance to show up on 100 people's news feeds. I also tried really hard to find 200k 300k 1m groups but after spamming them I feel like it's a waste of time and resources. Nobody clicks. Not even one. Because half of those group members are marketers and their posts will sit on mine. Unless your post has some reactions then it might have a better chance of showing up on somebody's news feed.

I do 12 group posts per day per account.
After successfully posted I bump those posts once per day for 3 days, at a time, my target audience is in the UK so I bump at early morning time because my product's related to breakfast. This is just personal preference on what your niche is. If you're doing viral websites then it's better at night because people are bored at that time.
Then I spend 1 day to delete all my group posts. Again this is just personal preference, because I have just one single product to offer so I do this to make my product looks like "new".
The next day is rinse and repeat all of the above.

Intresting, but how admin see on your behavior (posting, bumping, deleting the same url)? When you bump post so it show on top? But what admin reaction on that? You comment and delete your comments?
Do you just post posts from fake accs or you share fanpage posts? Why you not sharing fanpage posts?
