Maybe you should check the quality of the backlinks, indexed or not and domain history via waybackmachine,
You can't really relly only based on these metrics (DR,RD,DA,CF,TF...)

You could try bulkdacheck.com - comes with statistics from moz, SEMRush, Alexa, Majestic. It's free even if you want to check in bulk and, from what I've experienced so far, works great!
