How to change ip?

Try Airplane Mode, then switch it off. Faster than restarting the phone. In my chase, it changes because I have a dynamic IP.

3g, 4g or 5g doesn't matter, you need software to be able to change IP, please refer to some software like NordVPN, I see there are many users and the connection is strong, helping you access browsers. Very fast, no waiting

I think you should use a separate software, you can change the ip according to the country you like, I usually use 1.1.1.1 on my phone
 
Choose Start > Settings > Network & Internet.
Choose the network — Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Select Edit next to IP assignment.
Under Edit network IP settings or Edit IP settings, choose Manual, and toggle on the IPv4.
Enter the relevant information in these three boxes: IP address, Subnet mask and Gateway.
Select Save.

Follow this step

You can buy VPN, Vps to change network IP. and you can use 4G or 5G which is better
 
If you want to change the IP, you must go through a 3rd application to change it,

Use 4G or 5G but you still need a support app or proxy
 
You can use mobile networks like LTE, 5G... or third parties like VPS, adspower...
