Tor may work for you. They are public IP addresses but doing this with private proxies would be costly.

Install tor, or vps, or just try hidemyass and change ip every 2 mins.

It's a pay service but Hidemyass will do it. Just change the setting to change every two minutes.

You can try Hide-my-ip software which changes ip for every minute. I tried it but their speed is very slow. It is 30$/year

Hide myass ip are badly abused and blocked by many forums/websites.

If you need free sofware Tor might work but its not that great.
Paid service like hidemyass is much better if you have funds to purchase.

Changing every 2 minutes is not possible, what you can do is buy private proxies and load randomly, get a software.

Yeah Install tor OR Buy any VPN... You can also try restart your internet modem after 2 mins to get new IP if you are on dynamic IP

I don't know why 20 of you felt the need to repeat the same thing over and over, especially since it's not even helpful. Unless I'm wrong, there's no software out there to automatically change your IP every 'x' minutes. More importantly though is what you're trying to change IPs on/in. If it's an application that's not using a browser control then your only option would be to check out some of the reverse proxies as mentioned above, but those are usually 10-15 minute refreshes. Not sure why everyone keeps saying HMA and TOR, they won't help much here. It'll take you 30-60 seconds just to connect to some of those IPs, nevermind the fact they're public and mostly abused. Neither of them rotate automatically anyway, you'd still have to do the changing manually, in which case shared or private proxies are the most efficient way to go by a long ways.
