I don't know why 20 of you felt the need to repeat the same thing over and over, especially since it's not even helpful. Unless I'm wrong, there's no software out there to automatically change your IP every 'x' minutes. More importantly though is what you're trying to change IPs on/in. If it's an application that's not using a browser control then your only option would be to check out some of the reverse proxies as mentioned above, but those are usually 10-15 minute refreshes. Not sure why everyone keeps saying HMA and TOR, they won't help much here. It'll take you 30-60 seconds just to connect to some of those IPs, nevermind the fact they're public and mostly abused. Neither of them rotate automatically anyway, you'd still have to do the changing manually, in which case shared or private proxies are the most efficient way to go by a long ways.
