There is no option for cancellation of subscription.
It shows, license status : active ; prepaid license
Plan : monthly starter plan

damn .. ok then i would just email them direct and see what they say ?

So my plan is monthly? I thought I paid with direct payment and didn't make a subscription.
I was paying manually for months but after a few months it automatically switched me to a subscription without me noticing. Went about 3 months without using it and found out it had been charging me the whole time...
