One word of caution when it comes to ppc adwords make sure to read the policies... There are a number of policies that you have to work around... So for example you want to build a list - the info harvesting policy is going to stop that unless you place to another page, user safety with disclaimers and disclosures all over the place, bridge policy if you are an affiliate will for sure bite you on the backside... forget using popups and exit captures... the manual review process can be a pain to deal with.... get your head around it and you'll be in clover ;-)
 
I would suggest adword,bing and facebook advertising - Facebook really helps in generating sales traffic if utilized properly .

If you need traffic from targeted country you can try linkbucks or *******, but it's not good converting. If you need specific keyword - facebook, adwords...
 
The best way what I can suggest you would be,if you want traffic in a huge amount then nothing can be better than forum posting in HIGH PR websites or the other way would be in HIGH PR QNA Websites like Quora, Yahoo Answers as per day 1 million people visit in this websites.

yes! But the review process was a pain to begin with... Also I found that long tail keywords was the way to go.. Less in search numbers and cheaper but I achieved a good ROI... On generic terms you dont know what people are really searching for - so you'll be paying more and losing more....
 
Both facebook and adwords will work for you to get targeted traffic, don't buy traffic from small traffic seller sites, you will get traffic but it will not use for anything, all non sense traffic. So go with brand traffic sites (Adwords and Facebook)
 
try that service which has some samples to show you the traffic graph because there are many services which claim to get you lots of traffic but later we know that we do not have even single click.:(
So choose carefully :)
