If you want targeted traffic, I recommend starting off on Bing Ads (PPC advertising) since Bing Ads is much more forgiving than Google Adwords when it comes to mistakes. Be sure to learn how to create a proper ad copy and a landing page built to convert with the call-to-action (CTA) above the fold. In addition to this, take the Google Adwords and Bing Ads certification exams to gain a basic understanding of PPC advertising.

If you really want cheap and targeted traffic, then I highly suggest go for PPV traffic. MediaTraffic, Traffic Vance, Lead Impact are good ones. You dont have any restrictions like adwords, but they demand a deposit.
