How to burn fats.

Do not walk, RUN.
Running is the best option, it is completely healthy, and joyful (especially with music!)
Eat less, if you want to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you intake.

Cut off any junk food you eat (juice, fizzy drinks, chocolate, ice-cream, biscuits, etc).

the most efficient exercise ever is rebounding a.k.a jumping on a mini trampoline. if you do it 2-3 times a day for 1-15 minutes each time you'll burn a lot of calories. thats because the exercise itself burns ALOT of calories due to gravity (read up on it) and splitting it up allows your metabolism to continue to "be on" for a couple of hours after each session. so you'll burn more caloriesthroughut your day if your metabolism is always active.
also, there is no way to lose weight if you're taking in more calories than you are using. thats why counting calories is a must.
a good diet will do most of the work for you. workouts are just a whip cream on top.

40 minutes of cardio training at least 3 times a week, no pills, no bs.
Buy an elliptical bike that's a great tool.

This is how you will burn fats and earn money at the same time

jog 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. Summarize all the inputs on this thread, rewrite the article a hundred times and sell the articles.

Do cardio exercise everyday for at least 3-4 hours a day,eat less but maintain a healthy nutritious diet.Follow this & you will start losing weight very fast.

Please ignore everyone here they have no clue what there on about.

Don't exercise, it's all diet. Work out your BMR and then if you want to lose 1lb per week cut it by 500cals/3500cals a week, or 2lbs which is the maximum recommended, 1000cal deficit/7000 weekly.

You are telling him not to exercise, awful advice.

If you want to have a healthy heart, circulation and speed up your metabolism you will need to combine regular exercise with a healthy diet. I know it works. Been there done it, studied it.

ive been using this app Gorilla Workout and it's been really great to me, makes it much easier to exercise as long as you follow what they tell you to do. ive lost couple of lbs in first week with it. check it out http://www.gorillaworkoutapp.com/ if you have iphone or itouch or ipad

Lift weights 2 to 3 times weekly. Focus on compound lifts and be sure to emphasize. lower body over upper body. Be certain to include squats, deadlifts, pullups, bench press, overhead press, etc. Your repetitions should vary between 6 to 12, your sets should be between 2 to 4. Drink a lot of water and try to cut out artificial foods and sweetened foods. Eat 5 times a day and only consume carbohydrates(with some proteins also) in the morning and before and after exercise. The rest of your meals should center around fats, proteins, and vegetables. Your daily calories should be around 40% carbohydrates 30% proteins 30% fats. I should also mention that you should educate yourself on the difference between complex and simple carbohydrates and healthy fats Vs trans fats. Most of your carbs should be coming from complex sources. If you find yourself craving sweets eat fresh fruit. A lot of people will go on about "cardio" this is some what of a buzzword and is often misunderstood. Difficult weight training will tax your heart and lungs plenty. If you feel the need for additional work for your heart and lungs look into circuit/interval training and "Tabata Protocols". These should be enough to put you on the right track. As you begin to break your mind and body into the process of being more fit/healthy, things should seem to fall into place more and you will gain an intuition for what works best for you. The stuff I listed should be a great start though.

Please ignore and just follow simple steps
eat less
lift hard

that's it no cardio no going out your way for a run.

If it pleases you eat a large mcdonalds daily, but just remember anything is fine as long as you don't exceed your BMR. Obviously when I cut I cut on a clean diet but it's totally optional.

Awful advice? sorry I know more then you will ever know about body-building and cutting, so be quite you child.
Best advice ever actually - he said he wants to lose fat, not get healthier. Please learn the subject before you criticize and go get educated. You studied it? You know nothing it's quite unbelievable. Where did you study it? at pre-school? Yes I know more then you will ever know about body-building so again, be quite.

Yeah i confirm what michaelr1988 told you, that was an awful advice. The OP wants to burn fat, he needs cardio training if he wants to stay thin and healthy in the long run.

I didn't bother reading every one else's posts but here is my input. In the long term you need to just do something small for a week then add something new each week after that. For example start by cutting pee-packaged food out of you diet and do 20 pushups/sit-ups each day.

Eventually, like over a year your diet should involve less food and the food you do eat should be a good mixture of grains, vegetables, and a bit of meat coupled with an 1-1.5 hours of exercise. With 1.5 hours if exercise you will burn a half pound a day. So your caloric intake shouldn't have to be super low.

There are quicker ways but you will quit soon after you start because they will be a chore rather than part of you life.

For a quick fix do the master cleanse.

Don't take any supplements in my opinion.

The only way to lose fat naturally is by eating healthier and making the body work more. Exercise and eating healthy.

Who looks more of a child now?

OP, good luck with the weight loss mate.

just go on a bike or go jogging in the morning BEFORE you have your 1st meal. do this 3-4 times per week and you should lose fat the healthy way.
this is more effective than take a run at the afternoon, because this will burn your fat directly. If you will run in the afternoon, your glycogen stores are full and have to get empty first. So the effect that the fat burns away will start when the glycogen stores empty.

try this and you will see the results...
i also recommend to eat more vegetables.

Burn fats? Is that like making childrens?
Well yes that would work too. Some people said he looked to lose fat not be healthy. Well i got the best dies ever for you. Buy a lock with timing and chain yourself into your basement with only water to drink for a week and see the miracle results. Works 100% guaranteed. No exercise, no counting calories. NOTHING, just lie there for a week and enjoy your lost weight
