Take a knife and cut the fat of your own, ha ha ha ha ha.
Sorry that was only a joke.

Throw your laptop away and just focus on exercise and have some lemons daily to reduce fat.

The only real way to burn fats:

A LOT of aerobic exercise to break down fat into energy for the muscle to use. Sustained long exercises like jogging 20-30mins or long distance swimming.

Also you can cut down on the carbs and fats you intake daily. Count how much calories you consume on a normal day and then reduce this amount by about 200 calories. You should start to see weight loss within a week or so.

Lots of cardio best first thing in the morning to speed up your metabolic rate.

Eat all carbs/sugars/fat's in the morning certainly nothing after 3pm.

    Fat loss started.

Aerobic Exercise on an empty Stomach. If you can, run in the Morning before Breakfast. If you exercise after a meal, your blood sugar level will be high enough, to just burn the Sugar you've eaten.
Also make sure not to eat too many Carbohydrates. A low Carb Diet combined with exercise really works.
Eating Fat is not as bad as many People think.
    Good Luck.

well, here's a fast and well..easy way to lose way even if you are lazy to start running or any other kinda of exercise...well, this is what I did 1 year ago (lost 15kg in 40 days without running or doing anything exhausting...the main idea came from a guy called Atkins...this thing works, however you need a few days to sort everything you can and can't eat for the period you are on the plan..

Basically, I've started loosing about 0.8 - 1.1kgs A DAY on the second week...after that, there wasn't any change for like...5-6-7-8 days. then it started dropping again...
the idea is the following...drop EVERYTHING which has carbohydrate in it.//

here's a example, you can't drink Coca Cola, but you can drink Coca Cola Zero :)

you can't eat ANYTHING from the bakery, but you can eat as much meat you can...no carbohydrate = weight loss

caution! this is not a healthy way to lose weight...so be careful...read and learn more of this...

    just google "non carbohydrate foods"
or "LOW carbohydrate foods" after about 3 weeks

also, make sure to start taking vitamins after the 2nd week, since you won't be able to get everything your body needs without the carbohydrates!

    hope it helps :p

ps, if you need any help, let me know :p

    cheers

Have you tried LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) food?
Basically: Meet and fat sauce, butter, creem, egg, bacon, nuts, etc.

Cardio exercises such as jogging, riding a bicycle, jumping rope work very well. Also watch your diet.

Please ignore everyone here they have no clue what there on about.

Don't exercise, it's all diet. Work out your BMR and then if you want to lose 1lb per week cut it by 500cals/3500cals a week, or 2lbs which is the maximum recommended, 1000cal deficit/7000 weekly.

Honestly mate, it's all down to diet and exercise. Diet is the most important thing, you need to cut your calories to about 2000 a day as a safe amount considering you will be exercising each day. Exercise is important as well as part of keeping your body healthy. Running is the best exercise for losing weight, interval training is very effective, although be careful because road running may mess up your knee joints in the long run, maybe get some running trainers. Also hit the weights and do heavy compound weight exercises as this will help to build muscle, therefore helping to reduce the amount of muscle you lose whilst losing weight.

I've had plenty of luck with keto (low carb) when I'm cutting. Granted, I rarely have lots to lose as I don't like to go over a certain body fat ratio even when bulking.

I fully agree with that opinion.
The best way to burn the fat is by increasing your metabolism but in a special way. Weight training is one of the best, because it increases your metabolism up to 48 hours - you burn calories while you train and then you have fat burn effect up to 48 hours, plus you make muscle mass and thats the most important part, because the more muscles you have the more calories they burn(yes the muscles burn calories because they need to be sustained - a pound of muscles burns about 50 calories/day whichs adds up a lot). When you exercise go for compound exercises (!)

If you jog it only increases your metabolism for 2-3 hours and eats your muscle mass (this way it slows your metabolism, making it much harder to burn calories). You burn calories only when you jog and 2-3 hours after that (while the increase of your metabolism is gone).

Also eat 5-6 times per day. Don't panic! I don't say that you should eat 5-6 times per day with normal portions of food. You eat 5-6 times per day with smaller portions so at the end of the day if you you've eaten 20% less calories. Don't eat junk food (!)

No, I'm telling you you have no clue. This isn't medics, this is body-building 101 which Is what I've been doing for the past 3-4years. One does not have to exercise and is recommended not to if he's trying to lose weight. I don't see anywhere in the thread where he stated he wanted to be healthier, which would be down to exercising. He wants to lose fat, it's 95% diet. If he exercises more he will need a surplus of calories to replace diminished ones. If he doesn't exercise he doesn't' need them additional calories therefore he can focus on cutting them out his diet. So yes, as I said you have no clue when it comes to body-building.

One of the most popular fat burning pills amongst bodybuilders and general public is Lipo-6. There's plenty of reviews on the web.

    LOL.

Did you even read my post?

I mention cutting calories to lose weight! Its simple to lose mass you need to cut down on your calorie in-take and then keep cutting until you reach your desired goal.

Your approach isn't healthy in the long run. Sure exercise is not essential but it contributes to losing fat and maintaining a healthier life.

Try not to generalise everyone in your post.
