As someone who has been in the Telegram industry for four years, let me tell you the truth:
1. You can add up to 200 people to a Telegram channel. You cannot add more than that.
2. There is no limit to adding members to a Telegram group, HOWEVER,
- You need an advanced, high-performance tools. NEVER use a cheap tools.
- You need hundreds of proxy and Telegram accounts.
Even if you have these, if a significant portion of the members you add to your group complain about the group, the group will be banned or you will no longer be able to add members.
In short, this is not a simple task or system. Is there anyone who does this job well? I'm not sure.

if send so mush invite links it could be blocked you can try authentic way to reach out
you can use software for inviting users in your group I also use one for my clients and with the help of tool you can add any number of members in your group, for avoiding to bann the group you can use old group and strong group and when you invite users do it in small steps then there will be no problem
