How to build PBN for begginer?

So the tittle almost says it all. Bit it is a question. I have been searching around about PBN and I came across that you can rank sites with PBN is this still working?
Okey so now I know the basic drill about PBN but I want to ask you is there any tutorial for begginers on how to build PBN? I have found one on the forum but its 1 year old and I want to read more trusted tutorials to learn more.
So if someone can post bellow where he learned how to build PBN and rank sites I would love it.
My budget is now around 150-250$ for building a PBN. Is this enough?

From what I hear, google cracked down hard on ixwebhosting so i do not recommend them.
 
So is the building PBN a good idea for ranking or nah? :)

I am a begginer so I dont have PBN yet but I am just wondering if its smart to spent money for it and if can rank me medium competitive niche.
 
Hey so do you have any other suggestions for me? For building PBN from the scratch or should I go with SAPE?
 
My advice would be to stay away from hosts who claim to be "SEO" blablabla, especially if their big. This just makes Googles job easier to find PBN's, go with small but reputable multiple hosts that are cheap.
 
PBN works. My advice is to learn to set up them yourself. It will take longer time, but you will get most from it. Buy domain or expired domain. Put it on hosting (hostnine is a nice choice if you plan multiple pbn) and make your own website with wp (easy to learn). Good luck.

Are here any other building a PBN tips for me? Or tutorials please before I start investing..
 
Plan it before spending any money on PBN and it purely depends on the difficulty of your Keyword/Niche.
There are many threads recently related to PBN, have a look at them, you will get some idea..
 
As far as tutorials, you can make an account here http://www.indexbear.com/ and the autoresponder series will give you a walkthrough. Otherwise you can PM me and I'll send it to you in PDF format.

I just dont know what to plan :) thats why I asked for what i asked in this thread :)
my niche is not kinds competiteve it have max 5k monthly searches :)
so I think 5 PBN sites will be enough :)?

The problem as a newbie is that it's hard to separate quality content from non-working opinions. I just created 10 free web 2.0s (5 wordpress and 5 tumblr), cause I want to try to see if that free approach has any affect.

Great forum and people! What's a high quality thread on the subject? (I know where to find alla the threads, but I don't know which ones to trust)

Read as many posts as you can from @Nargil if you look for pbn knowledge
