How do some people here have millions of emails, what method do you use?

And is there any free tool/service to bulk send emails to all those collected email addresses?

How do they collect emails?
Create a good looking single navigation landing pages with funnels (Search for clickfunnels)
Drive traffic on landing page from Paid Campaigns, SEO, Social media, PPC etc.

How to send mail?
You can setup auto responder using your landing page and Mailchimp (to collect email data). Mailchimp has free access to send 2K emails per month.
Buy Email marketing software/tool to upload the data and send emails.

Free Tool: Use Outlook to send bulk emails (max 500) per day.

For Mailchimp: If they are acquired by email list. Make sure to have double opt-in setup. In this way the email would land to inbox only.
For Outlook: If the email is valid it may land in into inbox/spambox.

Truth is there's no money in the size of the list. It's the quality that counts..
My clients with 200 - 1500 list size are usually the most profitable/ repeat customers.
High quality leads, 40%-60% open rate and 5-10% Click-through is average.d

Edit: I'm not saying large cold list don't work btw..
