The toughest part seems buying a expired domain ! does it differ lot buying domain other than (com, org, net, info) ??

I believe you could only get private whois for those tld's that you mentioned.
Look hard at the back link profile and base your buying decision on that.

I would purchase a PR 1 domain that has a high PA and DA because there is a good possibility that the PR can increase over time. Make sure to check out the links that are going to the PR1 and if they seem non-spammy then grab it

Thanks OP for the great vid tutorial, I have dabbled in PBNs a little while back but gave up due to me manually doing all of the article work myself and now focus on a single website w/ combo of ad's and legit work, but thanks to you I think I may very well get back into PBNs.
