How to Build a PLR Membership Site?

After doing research I feel PLR membership site has potential to make good money. I already acquired a solid two words domain. I don't want to fill the sites with low quality or other mass shared PLRs. I plan to sell my own written or brought quality PLRs on the site. I will slowly build content and turn it into a membership site, may be after 6 months.
I really lack know how. How to build a shop that sells PLR articles/ebooks but not membership site for time being? Is there any plugin that will record each sale on the site itself. This statistics is important should I decide to sell the site in future.
Please guys let me know. What theme and plugins are required for it. I have some knowledge on Wordpress. Will use it as CMS.

Use Wordpress with Woocommerce for this. With Woo you can sell each product separate and it will record each sale. If you're ready to evolve to a membership site you just have to use the Woo Membership plugins and you can offer a monthly subscription for all your downloads (or just the ones which you want to include in the membership). If you want you can still sell each file separate.

Thank you for your tips. What theme you advice? Is that plugin free or paid? I'm ready to buy necessary theme and plugin. I could have outsourced the task but better I learn and do it myself.

Most themes will work. Always check out if the theme you want to use has Woocommerce integration so you have a full seamless integration. Woocommerce is a free plugin but it has paid add-ons like the membership plugin I mentioned.
