How to boost ranking? Noob here

I'm an absolute NOOB towards SEO. So anyone can tell me how do i boost it or give me some advise?
 
Advertise on BHW
Get high quality and relevant links from other domains. Produce value on your site. Rinse, Repeat...
 
Read the stickies on the black hat and white hat forums. Read other threads too. Backlinko is one of the few useful resources outside of BlackHatWorld.

Try the ideas you read and see what works. There are many intricacies that you will mostly learn about by doing.

Remember that everyone is stupid and has terrible advice. Take everything with a grain of salt.

Also you can search for relevant threads through google with "site:blackhatworld.com your query here"
 
I might be better off hiring an SEO expert to do the job.

I second that, the stickys on here will answer almost all your questions.

There is very little I have learnt elsewhere that has not been mentioned on here eventually.

I would suggest you learn the ropes before hiring someone.

It really isn't all that hard. It seems very complicated alright - and some folks will have you believe ranking pages is rocket science.

You need to choose the right keywords, have excellent on page SEO, a very relevant site and good site structure - in addition to high quality and powerful external links.

Once you learn the ropes, you should be able to decide how much time you will need to dedicate to it to achieve your goals. If its more time than you can manage you can think about using a SEO service to do it for you.

Learn yourself about SEO by reading sticky threads here. Take a look on some of the SEO blogs to get knowledge about SEO.

After that, do yourself or hire someone to do SEO for you.

Here I mentioned some tips.

All you need to boost ranking is performing good On-page and off-page SEO.

On-page SEO:
  • Select keywords (low competition with high search volume)
  • Publish relevant content
  • Sprinkle LSI (latent semantic indexing) keywords in your content
  • Update your content regularly
  • Concentrate on Metadata
  • Take advantage of internal linking
  • Increase your site speed and optimize the images properly
  • Make your site mobile-friendly and make sure that you’re using the HTTPS.
Off-page SEO:
  • Build high-quality backlinks.
  • Increase your presence on social media (Facebook, Google +, Twitter) and promote your content on it.

Choose which one you will follow first - On page SEO or OFF page SEO

1. Start following the threads, on Link building sections, Hire a Freelancer, White Hat SEO and search for the methods that you don't understand.

2. See which method suits you the best and as @stephane05 "Rinse & Repeat".

3. See updates on TOP SEO sites and educate yourself on the new methods.

There is no person is a genius in SEO, You learn everyday and be in the competition and excel. This is only SURVIVAL.
 
First Do SEO Analysis, Clear On page SEO issues. Then All you need is post-Good Content, Market Your Blog on Social Platforms. And Spend Some Dollars to get Links from High DA websites. Don't Focus on Money from the first Day. That the Biggest Problems NOOBS face, they focus on Money rather Than Spending time first to generate Money.
 
Enhance your skills in making the good article and read about on and off page SEO.And know about the social media and how to sync it with the sites to get good improvements.Go through the more blogs related to SEO.

high DA? ermm.... high Domain Authority homepage links ? ima read up soon thx everyone.

IF you Get High DA homepage link... then I guess you are too lucky or pay too much for that. A link from High DA site Alone makes a difference but the better the link place the more traffic you get.
