How to block spam sms notification on phone?

One week ago i purchased domain from godaddy and after purchase of domain i turn off SMS notification and also change godaddy register phone number to other number of mine. I am still getting spam messages on my old number (godaddy register phone number) rather than new one. Messages like contact us for hosting, share hosting, contact for web developing. I am too tired from these type of messages. Please let me know how can i stop receiving these type of spam messages?

Open the message
Tap Contact
Tap the little "i" Button
Next you'll see contact card for the spammer who sent you the message
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and Tap "Block"
This will Block the spammy messages.

If you don't get these options in your mobile means you can go to the third party app
Download SMS blocker applications from Google Play Store.
Install it and add the spammy message and block it.
You'll be no longer get those spammy messages again.

If you use android version, Then download Sms blocker. that its....

Try SMS blocker,just trap number and click block icon.
Or else look for the settings which will show the options for blocking.
