How to be first on google?

Maybe you could see what are your visitors do on your site? Way are they living, from what pages, why, what pages they don't like(back button)?
Also you could ask your visitor for their opinion(poll) about your site?

If you want first position now just buy a Home page backlinks services.

If you want to achieve the results with time you can use blog networks,profile links,etc.
 
try getting traffic from forums and if people like you site they will put you site link on their blogs and so, in time your site will rank better.

I noticed that, if google puts a site on first place in front of another, it usually keeps it there for a while...

try getting traffic from other places in the meantime.
 
Create a variety of hubpages, with good content. Now blast these hubpages with backlinks continuously... Not like a 1000000 link blast at once, go for something like 100 a week or whatever. After a few months they should have some PR. Obviously the hubpages will be linking back to your website and now you have lots of high quality links. Don't blast directly to your money site.

I know that's the long and painful way but slow and steady wins the race. I have not really checked your page out but make sure you have done good onsite SEO as this counts A LOT, much more than people realize. Focus on quality backlinks and not just quantity.
 
I suggest you to do following things step by step.

1. Create Web 2.0 Submission into Top 20-30 Sites
2. Article Submission using AMR (Spin upto 20-30%) and submit into 100 directories on daily basis.
3. Bookmaking of All live links using Bookmarking demon
4. Xrummer Blast to get those links fast index

I am 100% sure, you will at No1..

Check the number of Backlinks of all the competitors on Page 1 and try to get more Backlinks than them. Make sure to get lots of High PR Backlinks too as it really heps in getting better SERPS :)

I also need my page to be rank 1. I've used Traffic Travis and found it was "relatively easy" competition. Are there fiverr gigs or services I could buy for this. I don't have Xrumer.

So far what I've done for my site:

1) Found Niche
2) Created a Website
3) Chosen to do 4-5 Clients Per Site
4) Purchased one gig on Fiverr (10k Backlinks, XRumer Blast by Quo_Vadiz)
5) Been listing it on as many free directories I could find. (Used BHW Forums/Google to find these directories)
6) Downloaded "TheFreeBlogCommenter" on this website and currently submitting blog comments. (Completed around 50 so far).
7) Wrote 3 articles on ArticleBase, Didn't do any keyword research just my niche topic related articles.
8) Made only a few 1-10 profiles on random forums and included the URL to my site.
9) Checked Yahoo Site Explorer and found only 5 inlinks to my site.
10) Don't know how to check my current page rank on google.

Anyway, those are the only things I could list of what I've done so far. Would appreciate any feedback/comments/suggestions on what I should do next.

Article Marketing
Blogging with backlinks TO the site in question
Social Networking
Social Bookmarking

That's it. And all my sites are #1 for all my keywords :)

You cant be sure what you main competitor is doing exactly. Remember he is in the first place just with little links. So think how it is possible. He might be having another domain which is old may be and doing 301 redirect to his domain on the serps. He might be using xrumer and all sort of powerful guns. Just my thoughts
 
still #2 place on google for the main keyword :((
