Hy everyone,

My question is: How to be first on google? Let me explain you.

The 1# is my competitor (filmedocumentarecom). My website is #2 (documentareorg)


Let's compare these websites:

1) Statistics via backlinkwatch com

Total Backlinks 27

2) Google indexed pages

853 results

This site has PR2.

Now let's see my site #2 statistics:

Total Backlinks 8337

2) Google indexed pages (2-0)

My pagerank is 0 (matter that much in positioning on google?)

Well, the score is 3-1 for me and I am on the second place. What other stuff would have to analyze? There is no point in saying that some keywords are not even 2nd (check on google and search filme documentare, documentare online, filme documentare online)

I am beginner at SEO. If you read this please tell me your advices.

The problem is because 1# has 2000-3000 visitors per day and my 2# has 400/day :( Some keywords are not even 2nd (check on google and search filme documentare, documentare online, filme documentare online)
 
According to Yahoo Site explorer, your competitor's domain has 4494 backlinks, and your sites has 3822. Although, the quantity is slightly irrelevant, as it's the quality of these backlinks that count.

You should search the forum for on-page SEO tips. There's a few things you could do, such as validate your HTML.
 
.com domain as opposed to .org domain may have something to do with it.
 
NO money do some on-page optimisation, Title, H1, H2, keyword density, atl image tags etc.

Money - get some QUALITY backlinks from high ranking same niche website and/or linkwheel/mininet, QUALITY press release

I don't have quality high competitors :eek:
 
  1. try doing some social shit like facebook likes (i'm pretty sure google is using likes in the same way they use backlinks, but they would never admit it)
  2. get some high PR, quality backlinks (PR6+), even if you have to pay quite a bit per link
  3. get loads of low quality backlinks (20k+)
  4. do a google places listing
  5. put some ads3nse on your site (im sure google ranks sites with ads3nse better so they (google) can make money
  6. submit your site to webmasters tools

Get a xrumer blast on it, you will see plently of services in the service section of this forum.

I'm not surprised if you get low clicks.. see your title, it's unattractive.
Optimized it, use the title that not only good for SE but also for visitors. Believe me, if you have attractive title & description your traffic will increase at least 1000-2000 visit/day.

The proof is in the fact that go0gle has released it's plus one, they are are obviously finding it harder and harder to index content correctly due to all the blackhat (thanks to BHW ;) ), and are exploring new ways of helping the algoritm

Even twitter counts, I mean look at the latest results feature for any current term, all the results are twitter posts coming in live:
