How to ban paypal from 2checkout?

Why use them when Square and Stripe do essentially the same thing and don't offer the PP option?

For the affiliate network they provide (at least in my case)

For Stripe,You need to register a Business/LLC here and for Freelancers 2checkout seems to be the only option.

Square is simple as anything and pays the next business day also.
In addition to that if you do any face to face business you can use a credit card reader that ties into your smart phone.
