Diversify your marketing and don't be totally reliant on Google.
 
You have to use anchor varations is the way and use generic keywords alot of time
 
The only way to avoid negative Seo is not to do Seo in the first place, besides that try not to piss people off by outranking them.
 
How to keep those negative links away? Easy! Keep track of your backlinks....

Export all your backlinks on a monthly basis and check them, that way disavowing the crappy ones only takes a few minutes!
 
I also facing same problem now a days.. I hope all this advice might be help me..
