How to avoid links getting flagged?

Hey guys , I'm promoting cpa offers via twitter and lately i noticed that most of my links are flagged (twitter warns it might be mallicious and user has to click continue)
What causrs it and how to avoid it? (I have costume domain that forwards to the offer but no landing page)

Do your domian is .com? Do you use prelanders?

No prelander, (as i understand its a landing page a user clicks continue?) It is .com

Yes. I would suggest you to try prelanders and that might help.

If my prelander has a link which is banned on twitter will they flag my prelander?

I dont know it for sure, but I think it will be fine.

Thats probably will make your accounts on their radar. I do 3 accounts per 1 prelander.

what's the prelander mean please? Do you mean landing page? can I direct to my sale page directly?
