How to avoid links getting flagged?

Hey guys , I'm promoting cpa offers via twitter and lately i noticed that most of my links are flagged (twitter warns it might be mallicious and user has to click continue)
What causrs it and how to avoid it? (I have costume domain that forwards to the offer but no landing page)

Well I won't send one of mine, but just keep it as simple and clean as you can, be short and to the point.

Thats probably will make your accounts on their radar. I do 3 accounts per 1 prelander.
