Hi All,

I would be very thankful, if i get an answer for the solution. I asked this question in other forum too. But no replies.

I am doing SEO for USA targeted website from India. I am aware of the Link Building Techniques and Forum rules and all. When i am doing forum link building, i haven't used any links in my signature at all. And what i thought was just to increase my reputation first with some good posts and later i wanted to put my signature with links. But even though i hadn't posted any promoting content, my profile was banned in some forums which are having high PR.

How to get rid of this problem? Do i need to use VPN for that? I heard that, if i setup a strong VPN(what's that?), the problem would be solved! is this true?

How to maintain good relationship with the forums? I am very confused on this. Please provide me some solutions. I don't want to be banned!!! :(

Well, In my experience you could get ban on forums even if you are not a member or just visiting the forum for the first time. I think somehow some of there security features triggers the alarm, It could also be that your ip has been recorded in the past as suspected as spam,. You should also clean your cache, browser history and all that can be monitored. And I do agree that setting up a VPN can increase your chances on not getting ban. Just google Virtual Private Network for infos

Well the most basic guide would be:
1. Read the rules.
2. Follow the rules

That's all.
