How to Avoid Content Duplicacy?

Welcome! all your suggestions But Still not getting the solution let my explain my situation in detail for all.

My business website is Lybrate, which offers lakhs of doctors listings to the user across nation. Most of the required On-page elements like Canonical tags, Pagination, updated sitemap is already present but still google is de-indexing my pages due to content duplicacy of doctor info. which i can't change.

Does any other on-page factor iam i missing?? or adding unique content in footer can help me!

To be honest, i tried buying spinners and a lot of other things but in the end nothing worked for me. So, now i am outsourcing blogs content to writers.
