I am currently using HORDE as an email client because it just comes with my web hoster.
Is there a way to automate email responses within HORDE or any other email software?
I am not necessarily looking for an actual email marketing software...
The deal is this:
I have customers emailing my customer service email address. I want a script or anything of that sort to send an email response after 1 hour of receiving the email AND doing it personalized (including the first name of the user in the first line of my email response).
How can I achieve that? Is there a tool to do that? Should I use macros? What is the most elegant way of solving this?
